When you install and use Social Click Insights, we may collect:

• Store information (for example, your shop domain and app session context).
• App configuration data (social platform links, URLs, optional tooltips, and order).
• Aggregated click analytics by platform and date.
• Subscription and entitlement status needed to provide plan features.
• Lightweight in-app usage events for product improvement.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide core app functionality (setup, tracking, analytics, and insights).
• Maintain secure app authentication and sessions.

• Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.

Social Click Insights is designed to process platform-level click statistics. We do not intentionally collect or store customer personal data such as customer names, addresses, payment details, or order contents as part of core analytics features.

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the app and meet legal obligations. When required, including app uninstall or Shopify compliance requests (for example, shop redact requests), relevant shop data is deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
